Or was it as soft as Sh8T! with Board sitting back and accepting the crap SP and immense pressure on non-performing/incompetent CEO?
Another problem is the fact that Karl & his Mrs 'Peter' are on the board and represent 40% of the committee. Absolute BS!
Karl is probably in to at least his Fifth Champagne by now feeling quite happy he has a 12 month runway to do what he likes until the funds disappear..... GREAT WORK Board and Karl!!!!
