Yes, they acknowledged the disappointing share price performance quite a few times.
And they said at least twice that they are very focused on the SP price at all levels of the company now.


I am getting of the view that they saw the relative large share of No votes to resolution 1 coming. If you look at the revised long term incentive plan for management that was published last week, I thought that was quite proactive and possibly in preparation of what would happen today.
What I did not know about was the Premiership Plan that has now been implemented company wide in FY22. That was introduced during the AGM and I think it is another step in the right direction. They reckon that fair value will be achieved in 2022, whatever the fair value is, but in my books it is much higher than $90m. What the heck.....
