Like AJ said, even if it is voted down, the issue is who then appoints a replacement to the board? Unless an institutional investor out there is willing to step up and put the foot on the pedal/get something done.
I don't remember receiving the docs yet - have they not been mailed out yet? Will probably be following the general sentiment here in voting... also dismayed that nothing could be pulled out in terms of getting this mine up during when gold was high.... and why then they closed the hedge until they were certain of financing.
