They are cooking something MP and they need the show their cards soon or the wave is going to get bigger I reckon.
This deal is the worst I’ve seen. Usually it would be a straight take over. There is something not right or maybe they are working on a major deal in the background.
i just don’t understand why the co could not lift the bid to price of those options which would allow management to convert as well.
this reeks of back room deals. Has management secured some sort of ex gratis or commission payment that they don’t need to declare to us?
They could of at least made the price to include all taxes payable to the state.
