I did touch base with Lanshen and they say they will continue to work with whoever owns the project. So their commitment is still intact.
Listen carefully below from 2:15 min. "They wanted to buy the whole thing... they were NOT interested in..in...in...in...investing along side us". Would that summarise management's stance/ ethics/ philosophy/ approach to the project...? Has William admitted they did not put any bids for a JV...??
