Wow another one, seems like an impossible environment to get a good deal done at the moment. How many is that now, done at multiples of ours just since this announcement?
If William and co. really had shareholders best interests at heart they would get back on the horse and actively see what other options are out there (the market has obviously shifted even in the last few weeks), as I said though I don't think they will be doing anything now except kicking back thinking job done. Unfortunately like others here I feel it's really not the shareholders interests but self interest that are at front of mind for these guys.
