You, me and the rest of investors would take a better deal if available. Management have already quoted a wonderful 3 fold return of investment from the sale which involved 5 competitive suitors, plenty of self congratulations. I would be doubtful that they would acknowledge that they are going to do a 180 degree to another offer found by investors…without being at the table who would know if any side deals or future assurances are in place. Love the intent though!
