This is just ridiculous. Again it puts paid to the argument that this was a good deal in the current market environment. Deals still going off all around at multiples of ours.

If anything it seems to be be a great market to get a deal done, and not at rock bottom prices either. Seems large players are more than willing to stump up at the moment as they are no doubt more than aware that this is probably the bottom of the cycle.
