Telstra future looks grim under the leadership of Andrew Penn. All he talks about how to allocate capital and there is ZERO product and service vision besides what everyone else knows in the market.
The board and management have 2 years to prepare for all these but they haven't done much.
I hate these execs use the word "STRATEGY" to make themselves look smarter than they really are.
Rarely vote but I will cast no confidence in the leadership team. There should be no bonus at all given the shareholder value destruction under his tenure.
The fat cats should play in the same game with the same rule as ordinary workers. They should be relieved that they still keep their job.
Vote against the management and board
