Ive been in BPH for a while too and Im pretty up to speed with what's going on - some I like some I dont but that's life. I dont like the name change to BPH Energy - I have taken part in two share issues with Biopharmica / BPH Corporate and I think unusual the remaining non-spun off biotech projects will now be part of an "energy" company.
Biopharmica is well and truly obliterated...
As for voting down the name change - I think DB has total control (share ownership) over BPH, MMR, GBA, Advent, probably Asset and God knows what other associated entities - so what DB wants I'm sure he will get...
