Optus are screwing Amaysim shareholders with this deal structure.
Amaysim directors don't care!
If we all vote against this sale, then Optus will improve the structure to a scheme.
this means instead of getting around $160M, we get $250M plus the current cash balance of circa $50M.
that's over $1.00 a share
