Very much appreciate the run-down.

Unfortunately I've still got a lot to learn about the cause and effect of these Ann's. But great to have any help along the way.


Getting back to the real point, I agree that an incentive is something that should be given when a director reaches a goal, not just a date.

It's like saying they're going to get paid an additional bonus, just for making it through to January. Irrespective of achievements.

7c is pretty much inevitable IMHO, but it's a bit hard to swallow when we don't even get dividends for our investment.
