I plan to vote against the Remuneration Report.Management performance has not been good and issuieng a bunch of very cheap options now as well as salary increases etc is simply not appropriate. Furthermore it does not align employee interest with shareholders interests because if options are out of the money employees simply dont exercise them, whereas shareholders take a real beating and have done. So employees collect when times are good but dont feel enough pain when things go bad, at which time new cheaper options are issued to them.
