OK guys all the SSP shares have now been issued and they showed up in my trading account today. So everybody now has to vote to ensure we keep control of our company. The key votes are to retain our Directors, motions 2 to 4, who have worked hard to relist our company and to remove the Constitution clauses 13.11 and 13.12, motion 20, that give an unfair advantage to our Chinese friends at ZIMC and Vast Honour. Those who had shares prior to the SSP should have received a letter or email that details how to vote. Those who didn't receive anything or received shares in the SSP need to go to the registry at investorserve.co.au and access their account to vote. those who do not have a registry account it is easy to do at the same web page.
