Thanks for the urging to Vote @Stray Dog. Ladies and gents. this vote is important to us normal shareholders because it means we can put to be once and for all the ZIMC state corp mob who have held us hostage for so long and done nothing with this company but destroy shareholder value and over pay themselves while achieving nothing. The main directors didn't even hold shares.
ZIMC will surely vote against all motions from the new team-and if its anything like the 249d Voting - they may be joined by Vast honour and anlan chen and her father in law perte binet. they voted against the will of all the other400 shareholders. As I see it we all want this new team to succeed. they have a good track record get stuff done and once free of ZIMC hassles they can concentrate next year on getting something good going with this company- either presuingtheir existing projects , doing some new deals or getting a project int the co that can make it worth a lot more than its measly A$4 mill Mc with an EV of just 2.
hers a warning to all you shareholders. if the same mob vite together to throw out the current directors and win, then the aussie directors will step down and no new directors appointed - and ASX will suspend this stock again and IMO this time they will not let it relist again ever. ZIMC don't care as the guys there don't own shares (its a legacy holding of a USD 1.2 billion Chinese sate co) and they just want to screw it up now out of spite for loss of face of being removed.
The only way we normal retail shareholders can stop this is to make the time to GO AND VOTE! Id say just vote yes to all . Its takes five m minutes to go onto Boardroom PRY site https://boardroomlimited.com.au/ and go to vote section and cast your e-votes and press send. If you don't do that they you will be the ones responsible for this company potentially going down the toilet due to your apathy- its that simple
- so gents and ladies do the right thing for all the other hundreds of aussie smaller holders and just take the time to go and vote - and remove the tyranny of ZIMC from this company once and for all. and let it get on like a normal ASX co to creat value for shareholders.
