Scheme booklet will be sent out when all the relevant details have been sorted: ie nothing to report.
However as per the comments elsewhere in this thread there really can't be anything left to salvage from this mess so it's probably time to forget about our PLA shares until the administrator tells us we can claim them as a capital loss.
