Having considered it, and in the absence of a 3rd alternative, i am going for the current management.
The reasons being :
- SP was stuck before
- Borrello treated APZ as his own piggy bank and company, e.g. enormous salary, stock loan, etc
I have no reason to believe when push comes to shove, shareholders would be put before his own long term interests. Now this is important when it comes to how SSP are structured, 1 for X, or just up to $15k, instutional offers.
Also this will make existing management very aware they need to deleiver, while new people could quote the "it will take time for us to fix this" line.
