    You are reading it correctly Langdon, and given that it is the Paris domiciled Mr Moulin’s "special role" to liaise with the European investors in EPG it seems most unlikely that he does not know who exactly who these chappies are, and downright bad form that he allows the company to spend its dwindling funds employing lawyers to find out who they might be.
