I have voted against the remuneration and performance rights plan.
Shareholders have suffered for the past four years and board needs to take a hard look at whether management deserver any compensation outside the normal remuneration. It is ridiculous that they issue so many shares or security for poor performance when shareholders invested their own hard earned money in the company.
It is increasingly likely that CCV will pay a hefty amount for the class action. This is despite the fact that CCV has spent over 10 mils legal cost. Not sure why are they dragging this on if it is indefensible. Maybe just a Board Face Saving exercise.
People like Peter Cumins who got everyone into this mess should be fired at the very least if not sued by shareholders. Vote against his reelection.
