Don't just sit on the side lines, make sure you vote. And in my opinion its time for a new BOD. If you to believe its time for a new BOD, Vote FOR all Resolutions in the Notice of Meeting. Lets vote in some new directors that can steer IOU to reaching its full potential and truly becoming "one of the leading digital transaction processors in the booming cashless economies of South East Asia".
