If I sound like a board member they must know what they are doing.
Market conditions are a factor in a depressed share price, however what you have failed to do is compare Liberty to its peers, they are doing better not worse.
The cash-burn rate for Liberty is standard for an exploration company that is looking to get somewhere, it's not in anyones interest to be idle with cash because it does not help in the long term, what use is a company with cash and no activity.
Why does the other mob want control of Liberty? It's because the board do know what they are doing and have built a company with very strong assets.
Infact, In my view Liberty has a very good way of communicating to the public and investors which is probably why the performance isn't as bad as its peers.
For the record I am not a board member.
