It's critically important for TON's future and our investments that Andrew Frazer is elected to the Board. You are urged to vote for Andrew Frazer (Resolution 8) at the upcoming AGM on May 25.
The delay in obtaining finance for Ancuabe is entirely unacceptable and the company needs to get out of its torpor. We need a new voice on the Board and Andrew Frazer will be that voice.
You should have received an email from TON on Friday April 23 advising you how to vote. For your vote to be accepted it needs to be in by 1pm Perth time on Sunday May 23. VOTE!!!
It does not matter how small or large your holdings are, VOTE!!!! There is a massive hurdle for us to overcome so VOTE!!! Every single vote is important. TON's largest shareholder, Jigao, have 386 million shares that they will vote against Andrew Frazer so we need to pull together more than that.
