It's interesting to see company executives enjoying 'Vitura Health Golf Day,' with a few traveling from out of state. I can't help but wonder if their time might be better spent on improving investor relations instead of perfecting their golf game. While corporate social activities are typical, it does seem somewhat out of touch to ignore shareholders' concerns so blatantly.
It appears that now may indeed be the ideal moment for welcoming new additions to the board - they certainly have my vote.
