You're right, Board changes are common - a Google search of Tanner shows he's certainly bounced around a few ASX boards. What happened to their shareholder value?
Look up the history of previously ASX listed Victory Offices that went into VA and ultimately liquidation. Tanner was a Director there too.
Does this raise the same concern for you about Tanner's ability as "a board member who has previously directed a liquidated company?"
