It's intriguing to observe Rodney and Guy's attempt to align their compensation packages with those of top executives at significantly larger public companies, despite their own company generating considerably lower revenues and profits. This wouldn't be as concerning if they had established reasonable performance targets, but it's apparent that they've intentionally set these targets exceptionally low, ensuring they receive their full performance bonuses without much effort.

It appears that they are taking advantage of shareholders in this regard.

Also the fact that they are essentially using their own voting power to vote for their own remuneration packages is dodgy.
