1. As per his website - appose Resolutions of Dilution.
2. As per his website - invest in the company.
3. Provide prescriber insight that got VIT/CDA here in the first place.
4. Probably vote against RC and GH voting for each others remuneration.
5. Calm the sh*t down between the general with a napkin plan and the Jansens, so that there can be a focus on building company and SP over self.
