And would you seriously want to own shares, currently trading at 0.018 (i.e. 1.8 cents) with NO volume? That's what GLI shares are at the moment, and what your IDG shares would become if you vote GLI in.

Still nobody has answered my question I have posted several times - WHY does GLI want IDG? Would would they have bothered? What is their hidden agenda, which we won't find out until it's too late?

Nope - I vote to keep the current lot, as bad as they are, and then wait to see what GLI do next. That's called strategy.

Voting GLI in to take over the board and the company because you're pizzed off with the current lot is not strategy - it's reaction and frustration. Which is just what GLI want you to do.

A vote for GLI to move in is basically a vote to make your current IDG shares worthless, and you'd end up with a bucketload (at 50 for 1) of GLI shares worth 1.8 cents and un-sellable.

I fear that frustration with the current board is going to play nicely into GLI's hands - which is exactly what they want you to do.

Hold, vote 'NO', and see what happens.
