vote for gli, page-5

Nightstalker I wont be taking GLI shares for my IDG shares, but I will be voting that the current IDG board is removed & GLI directors step in.

Why do GLI want in? Well one look at IDG & it really speaks for itself, cashed up with decent assets but wrong directors that cannot bring value to shareholders only to themselves.

Another fear is IDG directors if not voted out may do a placement after the 3 month take over period is over, by doing this they will block anyone from attemtping to take them out while diluting current shareholders.

Think carefully how you want to vote, there has been no progresso on the U for to long now & a board that has not brought value to shareholders since the U bubble burst years ago.
