The "new" GLI board has only just got control of the board and installed their nominees / please do not confuse or relate the previously dumped GLI board with "new" board.

It seems the "new" board at GLI have already been pro-active with taking a share holding in IDG.

If the IDG directors had so much loyalty & confidence in the company, you would think they would taken a position to protect their directorship and instill a belief of confidence to share holders by having large personal share holdings.
