I am glad that you point out that Doctor Ian Burston will chairing the meeting as you wouldn't want to vote against the chair, as stated on page 6 of the Notice of General Meeting. Pretty good indication of Doctor Ian Burston's intentions.
PLEASE NOTE, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MEETING INTENDS TO VOTE ALL UNDIRECTED PROXIES AGAINST RESOLUTIONS 1-6, AND FOR RESOLUTIONS 7 AND 8.
