If you dont vote you dont vote! Its simple as that.
If people dont vote its not as if their shareholding is collated by the company and voted in accordance with the Chairman.
If you want your vote to be heard then you need to vote and direct the Chairman direct your votes in the manner that you elect.
And I stand to be corrected but for the resolutions to get up then they need 50% of the votes to be for the resolutions. Not 50% of the total amount of shares.
So every vote counts
