The more I talk with other people, experts in the industry, etc... I am now leaning to vote for the removal of the board as per the Havenfresh motions and back these guys to keep MCS listed and sort out their own financing, cap raising, alternative offer, etc... and get this company back on track.

Unless you guys can come up with more funds individually to participate in the new recap, then Mark and co will own more of this company and all for his benefit.

Also I wouldn't be too worried about SC Lowy (current financier of MCS) pulling the plug, as they have the most to lose here.

Let's all make a decision as smallish shareholders to consider the above and go forward to vote for these guys. I feel once they get the vote next Monday, then we should see the details of their offer.
