To get a large shareholder director on board will be beneficial for all shareholders. This will give a voice for shareholders instead of directors sitting back hoping something will happen with their assets. It seems as though Bas issued capital and placement at 1.6c and diluted everyone just to save themselves from being voted off the board. This happenned within a 11 days of obl attaining 19.9%. Obl was awarded costs from the court because Bas were found to be in the wrong. The stupid thing was that ASIC and the Asx did not pick it up. How can you have directors running a company that do not know how to act under their own constitution. To have obl board members on board will give fresh ideas and a balanced view and ensure shareholders interests are looked after and not the directors pockets.

I am sure obl invested in Bas knowing it is undervalued and that they can contribute know how and management to achieve real shareholder value.

I will be buying Bas shares if shareholders vote in favour.
