Offer remains opportunistic and inadequate. I intend to retain my no vote, and stay willing to support any future capital raising with additional cash. This company is worth a lot more than 35c on a NPV basis. The shame in this whole episode is the independent directors, whose poor judgement brings into question whether they are fit for office.
