    What would happen if offer is rejected? I suppose a capital raising in the way of SPP and probaly a SP trading below 30c for a very long time. I was hoping an offer closer to 40c but being a long term holder im going to drop a bundle anyway. still undecided the upside to taking the offer is can use the money to invest in other areas.
    I still believe LLc is getting this company for an absolute bargain?
