Congrats to all on HC...I believe that we have been the "annoying mosquitoes" who have had an impact on this better offer.
And anyone who doubts the power of a mosquito has never slept in a tent with one.
Of course we would like more...but in the circumstances I intend to accept and move on to greener pastures...but always remembering how LLC did us and took advantage of the depressed conditions when framing their offer.
As to the independent directors....shame! How wrong you guys got it....you don't deserve to hold public office and if you are serious, you should go back and revisit Negotiation 101...because you were inept and incompetent.
I suspect that if LLC offered 10 cents you would still recommend it! Just seat warmers totally over-awed by the allure of LLC!
