yep, unfortunately I needed some cash, so sold half my holding last Friday - I should have listened to what i posted - because i wrote that LLC would need to do something really soon in order to get info to s/h before the AGM.
anyway, I have now sold the other half today on-market.

i agree that we HC posters have made enough noise to cause LLC to rethink their miserable offer.

I also agree that the "independent" directors are a disgrace.

If they unanimously recommend 35c as fair to us minority s/h, how come 31c was just as fair???
You might note that the verbage from these geese, accompanying the latest 35c offer, was exactly the same garbage that they spun to us when they recommended the last offer!

I am glad I am rid of them.
