I understand that some people are disappointed that the takeover price is not what they were initially hoping for however you would be shooting yourself in the foot voting against this takeover offer. Considering how low the share price went, price / outlook for thermal coal and that the company has effectively run out of money – voting no is a crazy idea. My thoughts are that the only result you will get is EOC will be forced to repay the $4M working capital loan and the share price will probably halve. How exactly are they going to repay the loan without capital raising at the lower levels?

There comes a time where you have to take the chips off the table and move on. I initially was not intending on voting because I never considered the vote in doubt. I am now voting for the takeover and encourage everyone to do the same. They have to get 75% of the votes so each vote counts.

Let’s do this deal and just move on.
