Vote in ARU AGM - Vote NO on resolution 1, page-3

You may wish to consider nominating the Company Secretary to cast your votes on your behalf.

Otherwise it will be the Chairman.

If you have ARU shares, you will have a HIN and it will be registered in Link. This is where you vote.

If you haven't voted via Link before:
- you simply need your HIN number
- go to https://investorcentre.linkgroup.com/Login.aspx/Login
- click 'View single holding'
- enter ARU in the 'issuer name' and enter your HIN and post code
- select 'voting' and vote For or Against the Resolutions

To find out what your HIN number is:
Commsec: Portfolio > Accounts > HIN is listed under Shares
CMC: Select Account > Account Information > click on the account number > enter password to reveal HIN
Others: will be in similar location in your onilne platform or give your broker a quick call
