This is an example of what I mean by "But I suspect you just have a thing about farmers without knowing much at all about agriculture in Australia"

I could ask: the ones outside of which city? (You may not be aware but real people live in real cities and real towns outside of the capitals, and we're not all farmers.)

And when you blithely ask "how about just wilderness like it was in the first place?" it shows you know nothing about the land or enviroment either, not just agriculture.

And when you say "also, we have plenty of food for domestic consumption and then some, we don't need to produce more for export using up more water", it shows you have scant knowledge of the economy.

So it's futile for me to have any further discussion because it won't make any sense to you. Sorry about that.
