My thinking is that prospective buyers would have had all the necessary talks with all the necessary parties and stakeholders already just in case and so would be fairly prepared to make a bid if they decide to.
Could be why there is still buying at 30c. When certain parties get together to talk about things, some other people know about it and can cause speculative buying.
