Vote down tranche 2 @ the meeting.
This is a huge change to the companies capital structure its not just a little placement.
No excuse for not making it a rights issue as it has to go through the process of going to a meeting anyway.
Change it to a rights issue and let shareholders top up instead of Sophs.
Vote it down - No shares for the boys - Rights issue instead
