if they are offering 5.5cents a share, i doubt they would get anyone voting for this proposal without some sought of premium, considering we were trading at 5.5 2 weeks ago. typical opportunistic bid which shows of the economic time which we are currently in. im voting no, there is definately more that can be made out of this, the only way is up from the first offer do not forget that.
it will be also very interesting to see the share price over the next couple of weeks due to the bid, speculation from another company making an offer and with a possible push in the market again we could be at 6c again in a flash.
