I also agree smarty, but I think we'd all agree that bonuses are for past performance and they don't need the extra 10% placement capability so I'm comfortable voting as needed.

If they perform as you indicate (and we all hope) then the next AGM will be the correct one to reward performance. And by that stage, with the performance you indicate having been achieved we will all gladly reward the directors. But I think we'll all agree that rewarding people for potential performance is not the right way to manage a business.
