Nothing is stopping shareholders down the track calling a generalmeeting using a s249D notice.

However, if this exercise can demonstrate to the board that25% or more of the voting shareholders can be mobilised to vote for what isbest for their interest, then the board and its management should start takingseriously our concerns.

My major concern still is an optimistic low-ball takeover offerfrom FujiFilm.

10% of shareholders can block a takeover.

But 25% is needed to block a Scheme of Arrangement.  A Scheme of Arrangement can be used to effectthe same outcome as a takeover bid.

So, if 25% or more of the shareholders vote No Abstain No onthese resolutions for this AGM, then the board and its management team will knowfor the future they need to convince these voters that they are acting in ourbest interest.
