No they wont what Directors do is if they know they are in trouble they will pull any dirty trick they can to gain enough support, I've been invested in other companies that the BoD's have pulled some fithly tricks when they see the need to and the reason is its because they think they are smarter so make no mistake whilst they have people ringing retail they will have twice as many ringing institutions to gather support to get their numbers through, imho they will fail on Resolution 1 as it only requires 25% of the retail vote and Resolutions 2 to 5 will be very close as a majority of 51% of votes against are required...happy to be corrected but in any event it will be close and retail peeps will learn a great lesson as to once directors are in bed with the BEOT how easy together they shaft shareholders to get what they want.
