VOTE NO AGM 2023 RESOLUTION 1-5...... NO, page-1108

Here is what I did, the process took about 5 business days.

I use Charles Schwab so I can not give you exact steps but these should be generally the same.

1..Go to your broker website, either start a chat or call the info number provided.
2. You should then ask how to cast a proxy vote for an company outside of the US, I was sent to the corporate actions line.
3. The corporate actions line was able to locate the Nominee that would cast the proxy vote and they created a ticket, they ask me how I wished to vote on each of the resolutions. They submitted the ticket to Citi Corp who is the Nominee and Citi Corp issued a confirmation number stating that my proxies would be cast.

My process took 5 business days, so you should still be able to do this if you start now. Be persistent!
