Good questions hotboss and your recommendation to keep the questions short and focused is spot on in my view.
@GT3loui it would be good to link your question 1: COMMUNICATION- Lack of effective communication by the company and the board. to the specific questions set out in hotboss post.
...and as important...why are you having to ask these questions at an AGM, when the information should have already being clearly articulated to all shareholders.
