I thnk what also needs to be asked is why we are even looking at a "trade off" study between carb and hydro at NAL.
When fact remains that we have a half built CARB plant waiting for re-fit.
Its not as if you can slap on a hydroxide producing component on the NAL carb and is more likely the Hydro route would need to be started from scratch.,
So then its, well shouldnt we crawl before we walk and also use what we have before buying brand new.
Who is really asking for the studies to be conducted is it PLL or is it really both SYA and PLL.
