What worries me more @SplitFusion is that with the current situation of this board is if they are not replaced or split up at this upcoming AGM to limit the herd mentality of B1 an B2 then they may well side with whatever Piedmont wants and given all the noise about the M&A Guys and others taken through the Plant only means there will be thought processes of a potential takeover would rear its ugly head if things dont go their way which could be on the agenda in the near future especially if they are scuttled at the AGM....as IMHO they will drop retail on the proverbials because they dont give a flying F about shareholders which is and has been clearly shown lately.
